Gila-Gila (1978)

This comedy story is about Jaafar, who works as a maid in the house of a rich man in Sabah, Dato' Jaafar Pangku K.K. He wants to change his fate by moving to Kuala Lumpur on the advice of his friend Hamid, he takes a 2-month leave. Before leaving, he had requested a loan of RM3000 in clothes and money from the Dato' on the pretext of wanting to visit his sick grandmother in the village, and he also took some of the Dato's business card. Upon his arrival in Kuala Lumpur, he met Yahya who is Hamid's friend and was introduced to Kathy who is the granddaughter of his greedy employer. After he fell in love with Kathy, Jaafar continued to propose to Kathy to be his wife. After running out of money, he decided to return to Sabah and after some time, Kathy together with her grandfather came to Sabah to meet Jaafar and settle there, that's when they found out about truth.
