Liar Liar (1997)

Fletcher Reede is a lawyer who uses lying as a lifestyle, and while that may bring him success in his work life, he is resented by his five-year-old son Max, whom he keeps disappointing. When his birthday comes around, Max makes a wish: that for one day, Fletcher cannot lie. And his wish comes true. An amusing comedy that balances dark humor with touching moments and a brilliant Jim Carrey, displaying all his physical comedy in this film that was an overwhelming box-office success.
