Documents the May 30, 1981, gala dance performance at the National Arts Centre, Ottawa. Includes performances by the Anna Wyman Dance Theatre, the Danny Grossman Dance Company, les Grands Ballets Canadiens, le Groupe de la Place Royale, the National Ballet of Canada, the Royal Winnipeg Ballet, the Toronto Dance Theatre, and Winnipeg's Contemporary Dancers, plus some backstage and rehearsal footage.
