Husband Hunters (1927)

Marie Devere (Mae Busch) and Helen Gray (Duane Thompson) are two sophisticated, gold-digging chorus girls on the lookout to marry a rich man. They measure each man they meet by their Bradshaw ratings. They befriend Lettie Crain (Jean Arthur), a country girl who comes near being deceived by rich playboy Bartley Mortimer, but is saved by Cynthia Kane (Mildred Harris), a girl whose life he ruined. Lettie finds happiness with poor but honest working man Bob Garrett (Charles Delaney).
