Los ladrones somos gente honrada (1956)

Castelar, "El Tío del Gabán" and "El Pelirrojo" are three petty criminals who are engaged in organized pickpockets on the Madrid Trail. One day they meet at the wish of their former partner Daniel "El Melancólico", who plans to commit a robbery in a jewelry store. The attempt turns out to be a resounding failure. But Daniel does not give up on his efforts, and shortly after he entrusts them with the theft of the contents of a mansion's safe.
