Carnival of Souls (1962)

After surviving a fatal car crash, a young woman moves to a new town to start fresh as a church organist. But her new beginning is marred by eerie visions of a ghastly figure and an abandoned carnival on the edge of town. As her encounters with the spectral entity grow more frequent, she becomes obsessed with the carnival, only to uncover a chilling connection between her past and the malevolent forces lurking there.
