Ama Rosa (1960)

Rosa, a poor and ill widow, has a child and, with her doctor's help, gives him to a rich family who has just lost their baby. When she recovers she enters their service as nanny. As time goes by they have another child whom they spoil and gets in trouble. His step-brother will try to help him and Rosa will try to help his own son in turn.
