Vinyl (1965)

A young man is chained to a post. Then he is moved to a chair where he is again restrained. A man puts a plastic bag over his head, drips candle wax on him, and slaps his face. Another man takes over the torture, beats him with a belt and gags him with it before putting it around his neck. The man beats the man with his fist and tears on the legs off his pants before continuing to torment him.

One man beats up another in a fight that includes hair-pulling. Another man ties him to a chair. Yet another man tears his shirt off and applies electical tape to his chest. The victim describes several violent scenes, and a man drips candle wax onto his chest. A leather mask is put over his entire head. The man steps on his crotch. Then the man tapes his mouth shut. After being let go, the victim is again restrained and choked before his hair is cut.

The S-word is used at least once. "The up yours" is used as a noun several times which might be offensive to somebody maybe.

Several characters smoke cigarettes and drink beer and liquor. Several of the characters smoke marijuana and perhaps use poppers as well--it's hard to tell because of the camera angle and lighting.

Very little, although the book which this is based upon, Anthony Burgess' A Clockwork Orange (yes, seriously) is filled to the brim with severe levels of violence, nudity, profanity, experimental use (drugs, smoking and alcohol) and intensity, as does it's official 1971 adaptation directed by Stanley Kubrick featuring Malcolm McDowell.
