Your Cheatin' Heart (1964)

In one scene Hank Williams (George Hamilton) hits a man over the head with his guitar. This starts a fist fight which turns into a brawl. There are a few scenes where Hank knocks things over in anger and one where he pushes his wife onto the couch.

Hank Williams (George Hamilton) has a severe drinking problem and gets drunk frequently throughout the movie. He also was a smoker and cigarette smoking is seen in many parts of the movie. (Trivia: Hank Williams actually also became addicted to drugs which may have contributed to his death but this is not depicted in the movie.)
