The Coward (1965)

Amitabha Roy, a screenwriter from Calcutta, sets out on a journey to find inspiration for his third film. On the way, an unexpected incident reunites him with Karuna, a lover from the past who is now married. Despite the circumstances, Amitabha decides to take advantage of this second chance. This reunion triggers a series of emotions and memories that lead him to question his past decisions and his current life. The film explores love and its meaning in a world where few dare to face it.
