Diamonds of the Night (1964)

In the midst of World War II, two teenage boys escape from a moving train bound for another concentration camp. As they shed their identifying coats and flee through treacherous terrain, they are haunted by memories and hallucinations. Their journey is a desperate struggle for survival amidst constant threats and internal turmoil, where encounters with the local populace blur the lines between reality and fantasy.
