Assignment to Kill (1968)

Protagonist and woman are shown in a post-coital scene lying together in bed. No explicit nudity.

A dead body is found buried in the snow. A man is knocked unconscious and then set on the railroad tracks; it is implied he was run over by a train. A woman is knocked unconscious, undressed and then set in a bathtub of water to imply accidental death. A man is ambushed by another man in his hotel room; they fight, one man having a switchblade; one is accidentally knocked over the balcony, falling to his death. Some blood on the surviving man is seen.

Protagonist is nearly a chain smoker. Social alcohol consumption.

A woman is put in jeopardy.
