Once a year, the women of a small village take over the community for a day, according to a local custom dating back to Ancient Greece. So, despite the strong opposition of the male population, beautiful Helen, President Lysandros' statuesque wife, and Dina, the tavern keeper's unstoppable spouse, take leadership and set the village on a fresh course. Determined to teach men a lesson, the ladies encourage their female compatriots to ban any interaction with their husbands, including lovemaking. But power corrupts. And the men won't take the situation lying down. As the cornered males take inspiration from the glorious past, they concoct a daring plan to get even. But who said men and women should be enemies?
