Os Trapalhões na Serra Pelada (1982)

Four friends venture into the treacherous Serra Pelada mining area in search of gold. There, they encounter Von Bermann, a foreigner, and his enforcer Bira, who impose control. Von Bermann's greed leads to gold smuggling and a desire to seize the land owned by the resilient Brazilian Ribamar. However, Ribamar insists on waiting for his son, Chicão, before making any deals, weaving a tale of ambition, avarice, and human tenacity.
