Hustlin' Pays (1999)

Mr. Nitro and crew are travelling on a tour bus after another successful concert. While passing over an old bridge, a Mr. Nitro CD flies out the window landing in the creek below. The CD melts into the water and crystallizes turning the water into a glowing neon green. The water infiltrates the small town and makes everyone who comes in contact with the Mr. Nitro water "Do the Damn Thang!"
