Miami (1997)

In the 80's, during Miami's cocaine heydays, a group of young undercover detectives were recruited and trained intensively in what became known as Project Blue Waters. The project was dismantled in order to protect certain corrupt, ruthless and traitorous politicians. The remaining undercover operatives were quickly retired and the project closed. Ten years later, two of the retired operatives, a Le Femme Nikita trained assassin and her equally lethal partner have switched sides and are now working for a German crime syndicate importing arms into the US.
