Bowl Me Over (2001)

Flora, a Greek widow in her late fifties, begins work as a cleaner at a lawn bowls club, a world in stark contrast to her own. She learns the rules of the game by watching the lady bowlers through the windows that she cleans. When the club holds a membership drive, Flora is pressured to introduce a few friends to the game. Unable to convince her three best friends (also widows) to shed their blacks for one day, she resorts to drastic measures to get them there.
