Second Skin (1999)

Alberto is happily married to Elena, has a son, and enjoys a good job. Despite the apparent stability of his marriage, he has a romantic relationship with Diego, a gay orthopedic surgeon. When Elena discovers her husband's infidelity, she has no idea that it is a homosexual relationship.
