You Are Wanted on the Phone (1934)

Against the backdrop of a moonlit night in Phaleron Bay, the handsome lieutenant of the Greek Royal Navy, Paris Landidis, has a chance encounter with lovely Dina, and they fall in love. Posing as the pampered daughter of the self-made industrialist, Moredis, Dina is on pins and needles, knowing that Paris will ask Moredis for her hand in marriage. Indeed, Paris does have a meeting with the unsuspecting father, and as one thing leads to another, Dina's secret comes to light. Then, the phone rings. Is this the end of a great romance?
