Kiss Me, Maritsa (1930)

Beautiful Maritsa, the vivacious niece of Mr Prapas, president of the Piperi community, is suffocating in her dull and conservative village. Dreaming of living happy and free, Maritsa concocts a harmless plan to talk Aris, the frivolous son of the wealthy entrepreneur, Mr Vramis, into taking her to Athens, unbeknownst to her, however, that Aris' seductive girlfriend, Susie, will not take this situation lying down. But, love knows no boundaries, and, little by little, Maritsa and Aris fall for each other. Will the young couple overcome life's obstacles, and live happily ever after?
