Laxmi was born to her parents after 15 years by blessings of Goddess Mahalaxmi and she is also a true devote of the Goddess.Vilas Deshmukh a womanizer and only son of Deshmukh family is known for his bad habits of drinking and womanizing once gets slapped by Laxmi when he tries to stalk her.Vilas tells his mother Aaisaheb and sister Jaya that he will only marry Laxmi and not anyone else his brother in law Vasantrao whose made to dance on tunes of Jaya and Aaisaheb goes with a marriage proposal where Laxmi's uncle makes her father aware of Vilas's habits who decides to give a chance as Vilas could change after marriage. On the night of wedding a huge path of Deshmukh's farming land catches fire and Laxmi is termed as unlucky to the family while Vilas revels that he married her for revenge.Laxmi is sent back to her parents hope but she returns back and is ready to face all the brunt from her husband and in laws by keeping her faith in her Goddess that things will be better soon.
