Exit Wounds (2001)

Orin Boyd is a cop in Detroit who fights against domestic terrorists. However, his unconventional methods cause problems, and he is reassigned to the city's toughest district. Despite this setback, Boyd discovers a hidden drug ring run by corrupt detectives within the force. He forms an unlikely alliance with gangster Latrell Walker to dismantle the web of corruption within the police ranks.
