Die Vorstadtkrokodile (1977)

A young girl unzips a young boy's jeans and pulls out his penis so he can pee while a group of kids watch. The young girl's hand is shown going into the young boy's pants, gently pulling his penis out and carefully retracting the foreskin. She then briefly holds the penis with her thumb and index finger before the boy relieves himself. The tip of his penis is clearly seen as he pees on the ground, a stream of urine visibly pours out from the urethra.

Another scene has another boy standing with his visible penis out and also graphically urinating while he is drinking and talking.
