Dadasaheb Jagdale a rich businessman and is wife just have memories of their son Jaggu who left the house in childhood in his memory they celebrate his birthday every year.Dadasaheb's younger brother Raghu has spoil the peace in family by making his other sons follow wrong ways.Jagdeshwar Jagdale a young men comes with a business proposal to Dadasaheb and he agrees immediately as he shares name of his son Dadasaheb and his wife start to consider him as their family.Jagdeshwar is indeed Jaggu himself now a big businessmen in Goa but is hiding his identity from everyone as Raghu will be behind his life after knowing the truth.Jaggu then along with his lover Shanta decide to make things well in the family.
