Guds mærkelige veje (1944)

Hans Jørgen (Jørn Jeppesen) is a carpenter's apprentice who seeks spiritual values beyond the work of the day. When his mother dies, he is thrown into a crisis. Neither his father (Poul Secher) nor his employer (Peter Nielsen) can comfort him. Pastor Holm (Poul Petersen) becomes the one to lead him back to the Christian life values that his mother stood for. His friendship with the healthy and natural girl Lisbeth (Signi Grenness) also proves to be important.
