No Harm's Done (1955)

Under the pretence of going on a business trip to Thessaloniki, the mischievous womaniser and successful industrialist, Lalakis Makrykostas, resorts to an imaginative but flimsy fabrication to enjoy a romantic weekend with his enchanting mistress, Lolota. However, his stoic wife, Popi, who sees right through Lalakis' lie, decides that she, too, should go on a wonderful excursion with the suave gentleman, Nikos Koutroubas, only to end up in the same train station with the clandestine couple. Now, with the attentive stationmaster playing a pivotal role, both husband and wife will try to pass themselves off as perfect strangers; nevertheless, who are they kidding? Will Lalakis manage to get out of the tight spot?
