Dragon Ball Z: Super Android 13 (1992)

Dr. Gero created three androids programmed to kill Goku. However, as the battles intensify, Android 13 absorbs the components of Androids 14 and 15 to transform into his ultimate form, Super Android 13. The Z Fighters now have to unite their power to protect not just Goku, but the whole world.
