Bombs on Monte Carlo (1960)

The captain of a warship of a small Balkan nation is used to following the orders of his queen. Her Highness wishes to take a cruise on the Mediterranean, while the country's bankrupt and the crew's not paid. He decides to ignore her orders and makes a trip to Monte Carlo.
