The Little Professor (1958)

Jérôme Aubin is born on 16th of October 1925, the day of the signature of the Locarno Treaties,so as they say this day he was born under the sign of peace.Very young baby he helped his parents to get rid of an usurer.When he was 8 years he meets Françoise, his female neighbor and they already speak of being together.While the occupation of France, there are several bombing and he meets always Françoise in the basement where the families of the building are waiting the end of the bombing.After the war, in 1946 he is recruited in the army where an authoritarian chief warrant officer is in charge of the training of the young recruits.After his military duty he will become professor in the college of a provincial town.
