13 Gantry Row (1998)

We see a man in just his boxers several times, and a woman's bare back when sleeping in bed. A couple takes a bath together but no nudity or sexual activity is seen. Talk of sex, a woman and man roll around on a bed in their underwear kissing, the scene then cuts to us hearing moaning and then seeing him on top of her from behind (they've finished), no nudity is seen.

A few people are killed, some of it moderately bloody, but most of the actual violence is off screen.
