Las zapatillas coloradas (1952)

A thief breaks into a ballet theater and steals red ballet slippers. The owner believes that they possess magic powers and that anyone who wears them will dance pirouettes wonderfully and refuses to dance without them. At first the police think that the mystery is a publicity stunt, but the owner convinces them otherwise.
