Blood Gnome (2004)

Early in the movie we see full frontal female nudity and partial male nudity plus there is also full frontal female nudity throughout the film.

Lots of blood and gore. Male and Female bodies getting slashed and male arms being ripped off the body.

Lots of GORE, Blood, Humans Dying. Body parts being ripped off the bodies. Very gory and bloody.

SPOILER - At one part of the movie a woman takes a knife and slits a mans throat and lots of blood squirts all over her chest which she then rubs all over herself.

Quite a bit of curse words. Lots of $HIT - FU_K - DAM_ - HE_L - A$$ - and many others throughout the movie.

There are drugs in the start of the move, nobody is taking them but they are on a table.

The whole movie is pretty frightening and intense with violent crime scenes along with violent s&m scenes
