The Eternal Wave (1958)

About a Communist Red Army man who was dispatched to work underground in Nationalist-occupied Shanghai sending important intelligence to Yanan, the CP capital. He proved himself a good intelligence agent dealing with both Japanese and Nationalist counter-intelligence in periods of anti-Japanese war and civil war in China.
