The Family Stone (2005)

The film revolves around the Stone family, a close-knit but dysfunctional clan of siblings who reunite at their parents' home. Everett brings his conservative girlfriend Meredith to meet the family, however her attempts to make a good impression end up flopping. The reunion also brings up old tensions and causes some unexpected romantic twists and turns. Starring a perfect ensemble cast, it is an enjoyable comedy-drama about the complexities of love, acceptance and family.
