Twisted Souls (2003)

One night Arthur receives a phone call, his parents are dead and he has inherited a house in the middle of nowhere. Along with his girlfriend and friends he decides to check the house for anything with value before selling it. As soon as they arrive they are terrorized by the evil spirits that populate the house.
