Captain Scorpion (1938)

Captain Scorpion, a seasoned sailor with a heart of gold, has little in common with Kirkor, an enterprising greengrocer from Smyrna. But life often plays tricks on humans; by a twist of fate, the two perfect strangers discover they have a common relative. And just like that, Kirkor and Scorpion become the sole beneficiaries of the unknown deceased's colossal fortune. However, there is always a catch when money is involved. As a result, the ambitious heirs embark on a trip to Egypt, bent on returning home rich. They are unaware, however, that Kirkor's statuesque wife and the charitable foundation's lovely representative are already in Cairo. So, caught off guard by Cupid's power, Scorpion finds himself hopelessly entangled in the grasp of a surprise romance. And the question remains. Will the handsome mariner choose easy profit over love?
