Trapped (2001)

Oliver Sloan let his family heirloom hotel with casino run down. Among the guests are Anthony Bellio, who plans a take-over, boxing star Clay Laroue Jr and rising TV reporter C. Whitmore Evans, who finishes an item on fire safety. Then a major fire breaks out, which defies owner and fire department's confidence as it consumes rooms and people.
