Directed by: Panagiotis Konstadinou

During the hard and dangerous years of the Turkish occupation of Greece, a brave Klepht has a head-on confrontation with the local landowners and the feudal lords, utterly convinced that they have betrayed the nation. However, after a fateful event, he realises that these seemingly dishonourable men are, in fact, active members of a secret organisation founded in 1814 in Odessa, named the Society of Friends, whose principal purpose was to overthrow the Ottoman rule of Greece and establish a new and completely independent Greek state. Now, the former enemies have become allies, working for the Revolution and the cause for freedom.
