A couple of naked boys fight for a bit of food, the violence seems quite realistic in this scene. One boy punches another boy on the head a few times.
Herman gets hung upside down on a reversed cross for a few hours.
Herman attacks a few man who attempt to rape a woman, he knocks a few out and drills his fingers into a man's forehead. Squirting blood can be seen.
During a house raid a soldier gets shot to death, another soldier gets stabbed to death with a bajonet. A woman breaks a soldiers neck, and a man gets his eyes gouged out (bloody).
A couple of rapist soldiers get punched and beaten by a higher officer.
During a fight on a train Herman jumps out of his hiding spot and stabs a soldier to death with a machete, he fights a few other soldiers and throws 2 men out of the train.
A train gets derailed and crashes, the men who caused it get shot to death by soldiers. Blood can be seen on their clothes.
During an attempt to communicate with the spiritual leader of the rebels a few men get shot, and a few soldiers get shot and killed with arrows.
During the jungle scene (which is the bloodiest part of the movie) a couple of soldiers get killed by boobytraps, one soldier falls in a pit and gets impaled by wooden spikes. A couple of soldiers get impaled by spiked balls which swing through the air. A man who hides in a tree throws a bomb which also shoots large splinters at it's victims, a couple of soldiers die because of this (one of the soldiers gets impaled in his eye socket by one of the splinters).
A man tries to climb over the gate of the Japanese embassy and gets shot in his chest, it doesn't affect him. Once he climbed over the gate he tries to remove the Japanese flag, he gets shot in the back and dies.
A few men who try to enter the Japanese embassy get shot.
One of the soldiers commits harakiri, he stabs himself and cuts his stomach open (Intestines can be seen).
A Japanese officer fights 2 men, he gets stabbed in the stomach (bloody). He kills one of the men by slashing his torso, and stabs him with a sword afterwards. The officer dies from blood loss.
During the final battle a few man throw molotov cocktails which cause a few wagons to explode,
A few men try to climb over a dangerous bridge which is made of ropes, a couple of them fall to their deaths (You'll easily notice that these are dolls).
Herman and his friends cause a few enemy airplanes to explode.
