Neicy returns to her neighborhood after years of absence, only to discover that her past is there waiting for her. The gangster '14' is there to collect on a debt long overdue. Believing that her new boyfriend, T.J., is too naive to help, Neicy tries to do it alone. But it will be up to T.J. to save her when things turn deadly.
