Them (2006)

There is a scene that implies that a couple had sex, though nothing is shown or directly stated. There is a woman shown briefly in panties as well as nipples visible through a shirt in multiple scenes. A woman lays in a bathtub, though any nudity is covered by the camera angle and soap bubbles. A woman crawls with a loose fitting shirt, nipple may briefly be visible, though it is low quality and heavily shadowed. (Note that none of the scenes are meant to be sexual in nature but may require some maturity.)

Someone is stabbed, we see the weapon pulled out of the bloody wound.

A few very brutal attacks and murders, but there isn't much blood.
