A room is seen during the opening credits, there are bits of flesh hanging on hooks, there are various jars on shelves with body parts in including a brain and what looks like a fetus/baby. Blood stained walls and towels are seen.
A cut appaers on a mans throat and it begins to bleed, there is a shot of a circular saw blade stuck in the tree behind him dripping with blood, the headless body of the man is seen with blood spurting from the neck stump and his decapitated head is seen on the ground.
There is a shot of Vincent King (Sean Kanan) wearing a blood stained apron, he appraoches a man tied to a work bench and it is suggested that he cuts the mans leg off with a hand held circular saw. The saw cutting the flesh in not shown, instead there are shots of blood splattering on the mans face and chest and a shot of Vincent holding the severed limb from which a long bone protrudes from the severed section.
A man with a large hand held hook sneaks up on Capatin Bates (Burt Young) and as Bates bends down puts the hook through the back of his head, although the hook entering is nopt shown there is a large splatter of blood on the deck and a breif shot of Bates with the hook protruding from his eye socket and his eyeball pierced on the end of the hook itself.
A headless body is seen underwater.
There is a short gory montage of mutilated victims and severed body parts in the room that featured during the opening credits.
A man is killed with a chainsaw, the chainsaw is never seen making contact with flesh but there are several shots where blood splatters over nearby objects, on his girfriends naked body and on the killer himself.
A man is hit on the head with a mallet, while on the ground the man is hit on the side of the head again with a mallet.
Vincent is seen dancing with a mans severed upper torso before throwing it into a pool of pirahnas.
The local Sheriff (Tony Burton) has an axe thrust into his stomach, there is a breif medium close-up shot of a huge amount of blood spurting as the axe makes contact with his stomach. The Sheriff is still alive so Mary Shelley (Juliet Landau) grabs the axe and uses it on him again, nothing is shown other than some blood spurting in the air and over Mary.
A woman is hit on the head with a brick, she is then seen tied to a tree with a large wound on her forehead.
Vincent bites a chunk of flesh out of Mary Shelley's neck and then spits it out, his bloddied mouth and chin are seen.
A man is shot in the chest, the camera is placed behind him and a large gory exit wound appears on his back.
A woman is pushed down a well and implaed on what looks like either branches or spikes at the bottom. There is a shot of her dead body with her bloody wounds showing.
A man is knocked out with a baseball bat.
A man is shot in the chest with an arrow.
There are several shots of dead bodies in various mutilated states.
An axe is thrown into Vincent's shoulder, there is a large splat of blood on impact.
Vincent is stabbed in the chest and when the knife is removed there is a thin spurt of blood from the wound.
A man is graphically shot in the head with a shotgun, the camera is palced behind the man and the back of his head is seen exploding before quickly dropping to the ground.
A woman is shot with a flare, it is seen in her stomach.
A woman is seen to be shot with a shotgun, her side and upper chest are seen to take the impact with large blood spurts.
Just before the final credits there is a monatge of the films murders, although they play much shorter than when previously seen in the film.
