War refugee Dejan came to Germany from the former Yugoslavia. Now in his mid-twenties, he still lives with his father's friend Jo in a migrant home in Cologne. Dejan actually wants to start a new life, but the traumatic images of the war persist. Again and again his three comrades who were killed, Corba, Prasko and Tanki, appear to him as if they were actually there. After meeting 19-year-old Anna, Dejan finally draws new courage. The two flirt and go out together for the first time. In the restaurant, the Bosnian waitress suddenly goes after Dejan with the knife: This time it's not a hallucination, Anna notices this woman too, but doesn't worry about the incident any more. She is fascinated by the sensual charm of the spontaneous young man and lets herself be carried away into his world. The relationship grows, but Dejan's attempts to break out of his delusions, his Yugotrip, fail. As the two get closer physically, Anna painfully realizes that Dejan was not only a victim in this war, but above all a perpetrator.
