Action Comedy Crime

A federal agent turns up dead and a hardcore undercover agent, known as Derrick Vann heads off to try and recover the stolen arms and find the killers. Andy Fiddler is an ordinary family man and a dentist, and is out heading to a conference, when he gets stuck in the same mess. Criminal Kane believes Fiddler is 'The Man' behind it all and offers him a gun. Vann spots him and drags him across town, with him posing as the actual 'Man'.

In the beginning we see Booty dealing guns to some scantly-dressed women. We can even see one woman's cleavage. Nothing too revealing aside from that scene.

We see Andy slap Derrick's behind, in some gay crude humor. We also hear some threats of prison rape from some of the prisoners.

There's some very gay humor in this movie, especially in the beginning on Andy's part - he talks about a guy is handsome, but in a very borderline gay way. There's also a moment when Derrick drives the car, spinning it fast, and as a result of the gravity, Andy is pushed against Derrick with his lips almost against Derrick's. Of course, this is gay-bashing humor, because it's from Derrick's POV.

When Andy is handcuffed (while Derrick tries to interrogate one of his suspects), he accidently turns on the radio, and with the volume set to loud, a nasty rap song is played, and the lyrics are "big booty b--ches like what I like to touch." It's very sexual, and bordering on explicit. It's also borderline crude humor, given the nature of his movie.

Violence & Gore

One scene has Derrick kick Andy on his butt. It's mostly comical but still... it borderline makes him a brutal cop.

Some moderate violence - Derrick, interrogating Booty, hits him with a trash can lid. See some dead photos of Caine's victims. There is a long scene where Derrick tortures Booty with his car's hydraulics (his car is a hydraulic car, the type used by rappers a lot), by grinding his anus against the fence. It's mostly for jokes, but it's a little dark and definitely not for little kids.

We see Cain shoot Cortez, one of his associates, for failing him in some way. Not graphic but still intense.

Derrick says, "Sh*t, they ate him already," when he goes to pick Andy up so that he could cooperate with him. It's a reference to Andy being murdered or badly brutalized in prison. The way it's said is comical, in a bit of dark humor.

When the cops arrive to try to stop Derrick, because Andy tried to get Derrick in trouble, Derrick reminds them he's a cop, and angrily tells them to go about their way, all in a threatening manner ("move your a--es"). It's not a pleasant moment.

Mostly for laughs, but again, it makes Derrick look like a brutal cop: because he's bothered by Andy talking, he throws him in the trunk of his car, out of spite and anger. This movie glorifies tyrannical cops, borderline.

Derrick goes inside a house and sees a dead body in the bathroom. (This is not even graphic, all you see is the body, no blood.)

At least 1 "f" word (with 4 other partial or sound-alike ones), 35 "s" words, 1 slang term using male genitals ("d*ck"), 29 asses (3 used with "hole"), 14 hells, 5 S.O.B.s, 3 damns, 1 crap, 3 uses of "G-damn" and 1 use of "Oh Jesus."

Some crude humor. A few jokes about putting taco sauce to cure an anus wound, by a training bullet. Some blue humor through out. Even the guy named Booty is intended as crude humor.

More crude humor: Andy urinates in the pool, which makes Derrick says, "Tell me you didn't p*e in the pool." He also passes gas twice.

The use of taco sauce to cure a training bullet wound is a recurring joke in the movie. There also some very crude humor in the beginning when Samuel L Jackson threatens to hit Booty repeatedly because his butt stank up his car. Funny and very crude.

Do not let the 12 rating fool you. In the UK this should have gotten a 15. There's some nonstop crude humor in this movie. It's a pretty hardcore PG-13 movie.

Lots of rude humor and arguing. It's like "Seinfeld" and "Curb Your Enthusiasm" tamed down a bit. Derrick is constantly bothered and angered by Andy. He says "shut up" to him, several times.

Cinemax content advisory: rated PG-13 for violence (V), adult language (AL), and adult content (AC).

Sh** and He** is used a couple of times. The F-word is used once very clearly. They say it a couple other times to change it into saying "Fuck crying out loud." and making it sound like "For crying out loud."
