The opening sequence features a woman completely naked from the waist and up in a bathtub and on the floor. Extensive breast nudity.

Five mins in woman is in a bath of ice. She is naked but only breasts and upper body are seen, this is none sexual. She is then shown naked on floor covered in blood. A woman claims she slept with another woman's Fiancé - he apologizes. A woman looks at herself in the mirror in her underwear nothing more is shown. A woman kisses her boyfriend patiently after a car smash and takes off her top to reveal a bra, then stops complaining she is too thin and covers up her chest. A Man forcefully pushes a woman and proceeds to try and have sex with her she pushed him off then consents; however she then appears to change her mind but its implied they carry on. Nothing is shown above bare shoulders. A woman admits she has been sleeping with another womans fiancé for a while. An operation is shown on a semi uncurious woman to remove her kidney she is nude but nothing is seen

Shows quite a bit of blood from an operational wound, which is shown on her hand and pools on floor. Girl from op shown naked on floor covered in blood. Attempted throat slitting with a scalpel - nothing happens. Woman shown being sick from too much drink. A woman dreams she is having her kidney stolen; quick flashes of cuts and blood are shown - brief scene. A woman realizes she has had a tooth removed a small bloody gauze is shown. A woman unexpectedly vomits. A woman is grabbed and choloformed in her car. A woman appears to have a dislocated or broken joint. A Man forcefully pushes a woman and proceeds to try and have sex with her - see above. A mans finger is shot off, it lands in a sink blood splatter is shown brief. A man is shown cutting a womans throat slightly. A lot of blood is seen from a toilet cubicle. a man is stabbed with a scalpel. A woman threatens another woman with a kitchen knife. A man is seen stabbing himself. A man is stabbed in the eye. A woman comes after another with an Axe - she cuts her foot, blood is shown, she smashes through a door, a trail of blood is left behind. An operation is shown on a semi unconcious woman to remove her kidney she is nude but nothing is seen. A woman is shown committing suicide

I only noticed three uses of the word bitch, this was a subtitled version though so may be more in original language
