Lost Love (1969)

Visiting the coffee shop run by his sister near the frontlines, Sang-cheol falls in love with the new employee, Nan-shil. All the soldiers flirt with her as well but she ends up choosing and marrying an army doctor. Distraught, Sang-cheol returns to the front and is killed in battle. His body is shipped to his sister, but she had been forced to flee because to the approaching armies. Nan-shil finds herself in possession of the corpse, unsure what to do.
