The film is a look at Capital Punishment in India. It is about a Jailor who has been performing executions for the last 25 years. For him it is like a 9-5 job, there is no feeling in what he does. It is his job. The prisoner is just a name to him, nothing more. But what happens when a face is put to that name. A face of someone he loves.
