When the world's coffee supply is destroyed by the evil Dr. Lucretia Pheremone, the world is thrown into absolute chaos. The President Of The United States has sent out all of his top level secret agents to locate Dr. Pheremone and her base of operations. None of the agents have returned and all are assumed dead. In desperation, the President orders the last top level agent, Hudson Marr, a mild-mannered weapons and gadgets technician to go out and find the deadly Dr. Pheremone.
