The Informers (2008)

Three characters initiate a threesome. The girl is in panties and her body including breasts are seen for a bit, the two shirtless young men caress her body.

We see a nude character from the side as he sits on top of a clothed woman.

An intoxicated man is hit by a car. Some blood is on his shirt with a little on his mouth. In his last breaths, he touches a friend's face, smearing some blood on it.

Bryan drops a vodka bottle as he slips. He finds a bloody cut on his hand, and we see a small puddle of blood on the floor shortly.

A man cuts his hand and smears a little of it on his face to save someone.

A girl approaches Bryan and they kiss, but in a fit of depression, he grabs her by the throat and punches her across the face.

Peter kidnaps a boy and we see him with his mouth and hands duct taped afterwards shortly.

78 uses of 'fuck', 15 of 'shit', and a couple of other profanities in a somewhat serious context.

Bryan snorts cocaine off a portable mirror, while Martin and Graham snort it off of some sort of holder. Graham and Christie smoke pot through a thin bong. Joints are smoked a couple of times. Cigarettes are smoked a few times. Laura uses prescription pills once or twice to ease pain, consuming them with alcohol in one instance.
