The movie's theme is a young man being murdered in violent ways, and resurrecting over and over again just to be killed again.
A young man is stabbed by a woman who is behind him. The blade pierces him from his back to his rib cage. Blood splatters on a door, and we see the "blade" in his abdomen. The agonizing young man and the floor are drenched in blood. The woman then cuts his throath; lots of blood spills out and he dies.
A young man is strapped on a hospital bed, unable to move, his head blocked by a device with screws on it. A sadistic woman tortures him in various manners. She tightens the screws, which push on his forehead. She uses 3 very large syringes to either take his blood or inject some substance in him: a needle is stuck in his neck (onscreen), another is inserted in his rib cage (onscreen), and another needle is put in his eye (we see it coming very close to the eye but the insertion is offscreen). Then several functioning tools and weapons, such as blades and saws, are seen coming down on the young man's body, implying to slice him; his blood splatters on the woman's face. His torso is full of cuts and bruises, which are then sewed by the woman. This whole sequence is not bloody, but it is lenghty, and very painful and disturbing to watch.
